Eileen O Sullivan is a qualified integrative psychotherapist. She holds a first-class honours Master’s degree in Psychotherapy from Dublin City University and is a pre-accredited member of the IACP. 

Eileen is dedicated to creating a safe, empathetic environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences. With a compassionate and client-centred approach, Eileen is mindful of the psychological, biological and social factors of wellness, healing and recovery. 

Eileen utilises a variety of therapeutic approaches including humanistic and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Eileen works with a diverse range of clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship challenges. She believes in the transformative power of therapy and is committed to helping individuals achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.

Eileen offers face-to-face, online and telephone sessions.
